NZ Scandinavia Business Association needed to update their 4 year old website.
The choice fell on Joomla CMS and customised templates and extensive use of search engine optimisation components.

The site includes:

• file and document library
• survey system
• membership and scholarship management
• event calendar
• news aggregator
• blog

The NZSBA executive board members are themselves responsible for updating the various areas, each member has been given a responsibility and is using the integrated web based content management system to update the site.

By using a “pre-fabricated” system, open source components and pre-purchased design templates the whole website was up and running in less than 4 weeks from ordering, and cost less than $5.000.

TECHNOLOGY
The site was full built on Open Source CMS Joomla 1.5 and MySQL on a Linux platform.
