An 3-year online strategy and roadmap for Bobux’s web presence has recently been completed. The strategy is vital to keep in line with the overall business strategy and to keep long term focus for the company.

The online strategy has been developed through information collected from existing business and marketing plans, interviews and meetings, market and competitor research and the available budgets. The strategy has been prepared by me and worked out in close relationship with Bobux.

The online strategy document is based on work in the areas of:

  • Customer profiling
  • Competition analysis
  • Goals and KPI’s
  • Revenue forecasting
  • Milestones and timeline
  • Risk analysis
  • Development roadmap
  • Technology guide
  • Budget and resource requirement

The strategy document sets the framework for the website and marketing activities in the years to come.

The project took 12 weeks to complete.
